pamper party frequently asked questions
These are some of the questions people ask most often about pamper parties. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to get in touch and ask.
What areas do you cover?
The East Midlands area: Leicester, Nottingham, Loughborough, Derby, Coventry and Northampton. Booking outside this area may be taken, but may incur an extra travel charge. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Is there a minimum/maximum booking?
Yes. For pamper parties there is a minimum booking of 3 hours of treatments (£150), and a maximum of 6 hours. Any combination of 20, 30 and 60 minute treatments maybe be taken.
Special offer: Within the local mobile treatment area (7 mile radius of Stoney Stanton), all parties receive a 20% discount on the final price, with a minimum booking of only £120.
What do I need to provide?
Very little! synchrony beauty will bring towels and all products. The most important thing is somewhere with enough space to set up a treatment couch, which should be warm and private to make sure your guests are comfortable. Also, a supply of hot water, and somewhere to plug in electrical equipment.
Is there a minimum age?
Guests should be eighteen or older. Treatments may be provided to younger guests aged fourteen or older, but only if a parent or guardian is present. There is no maximum age for guests.
What should my guests wear?
Something comfortable. Guests planning to have a pedicure treatment might want to bring flip-flops or open-toed sandals. For a real spa feel, your guests could bring bathrobes!
Do you bring refreshments?
No. Arranging any food and drink for the event is entirely up to the party organizer. A tip for hostsproviding snack or buffet-style food will help you make sure you have enough time to enjoy your own treatments.
Will I be expected to buy anything?
Absolutely not! synchrony beauty pamper days are treatment days. Some of the products used in the treatments may be available to buy, just as they would be if you were visiting a day spa, but they are definitely not sales parties (e.g. Ann Summers or Body Shop parties).
What if I need to cancel?
Cancelling a party requires 72 hours notice. Cancellations made after that will incur a £50 charge. Please see the Terms and Conditions for full details.
Are you insured?
Yes. synchrony beauty has full public liability insurance from BABTAC, the British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology.
Who are you?
My name is Anna Simpson. After being made redundant from my previous job in medical research, I decided that a change of career was needed. After completing an NVQ2 in Beauty Therapy at North Warwickshire and Hinckley college, I founded synchrony beauty.
